The Journey Residency is a two-year, full-time leadership training program for college graduates designed to give hands-on experience working with one of the staff teams of the church, personal mentoring and leadership training to equip emerging leaders who feel called to vocational church ministry. There are three on-boarding times throughout the year: January, May, and August.
Journey Internships are designed for those who are in college wanting to help discern their call into ministry. We want to see the next generation of church leaders grow personally, spiritually, and professionally. We believe that you were created on purpose, and for a purpose! Journey Apprenticeships are designed for upperclassmen High School students who attend Journey and are looking to explore and discern their call into ministry. Students will receive hands-on ministry experience through a handful of areas. We want to welcome you to partner alongside our leaders on staff during the summer so you can learn, grow and lead in ministry.
