Journey Communications

In a growing, digital world, we get to engage with our online Journey community every single day! Whether you attend our Apopka, Lake County, or Online Campus, you’ll be able to serve either in-person or even remotely, depending on the role and your location.

Be Part Of Journey Communications

Photography

Our volunteer photographers capture photos of all our live environments across either of our campuses and events that happen at Journey. If you have experience using a camera, we can provide one!

Graphic Design

Are you a freelanced graphic designer with the flexibility to use your talents for the church? Opportunities for graphic design for Journey’s ministries can be as much or as little as your capacity allows. This could be a great way to add to your design profile!

Social Media

Capture the heart of Sunday services, Journey Students, and/or Journey Kids every week by doing Facebook and Instagram story takeovers to show all our ministry environments. All you need is a smart-phone, creativity, and a heart to serve!

Video Editing

If you have an eye for capturing b-roll for videos or would like to create a visual experience by editing together clips from other staff and volunteers, join the communications team to use your skills to tell life-changing stories.

Website Support

Do you have webpage building experience and would like to be called on when a ministry of Journey needs something created or edited on our website? We’d love to have you serve on our communications team!

Online Campus Host

An Online Campus Host cares for our online attenders worldwide. This happens through our live chat experience using Facebook, YouTube, and our church online platform. Encourage and love each of our online campus members as you provide them with links and scripture references as they join in to the service.

Mark Wilson - Communications Director

Mark is responsible for most of Journey’s creative videos and graphics. When asked what he loves about Journey, he says “I get to do what I love on a daily basis with people who are awesome!”
