By opting in to receive text messages from Journey Christian Church ("Journey," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to receive SMS messages from us in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

Journey Christian Church is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt religious organization. Our text messaging program is operated in furtherance of our religious mission and ministry activities, and the content of our messages reflects the beliefs, values, and mission of Journey Christian Church, which are protected under the First Amendment to the United States Constitution.

Age Requirement
Our SMS messaging program is intended for individuals 13 years of age or older. Journey Christian Church does not knowingly collect mobile phone numbers from children under the age of 13 without verifiable parental consent. If you are under 13, please do not opt in to our text messaging program without a parent or guardian's permission. If we learn that we have collected a phone number from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will promptly delete that information.

JOURNEY CHRISTIAN CHURCH DOES NOT WARRANT THAT TEXT MESSAGES WILL BE DELIVERED WITHOUT DELAY, INTERRUPTION, OR ERROR.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, JOURNEY CHRISTIAN CHURCH, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, VOLUNTEERS, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR PARTICIPATION IN OUR SMS MESSAGING PROGRAM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES RESULTING FROM DELAYED, UNDELIVERED, OR MISDIRECTED MESSAGES, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION OR THEORY OF LIABILITY (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE). Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Journey Christian Church, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these SMS Terms & Conditions or your misuse of our text messaging services.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These SMS Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these SMS Terms & Conditions or our text messaging services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Severability
If any provision of these SMS Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
