Weekend FAQ

WHAT KIND OF CLEANING PROTOCOLS ARE IN PLACE?

Both physical locations have cleaning crews deep cleaning the bathrooms and other commonly used spaces throughout the morning and in between services. All seats, surfaces, and handles are thoroughly sanitized between every service. Each location is also equipped with multiple hand sanitizer stations.

DO I NEED TO WEAR A MASK / ARE YOU PROVIDING MASKS?

In accordance with the Orange County mandate, all guests at the Apopka campus are required to wear masks at this time. For the health and safety of yourself and others, we kindly ask that all guests at the Lake County campus wear a mask as well. If you don’t have a mask, one of our team members will be happy to provide you with one.

WILL MY TEMPERATURE BE CHECKED UPON ARRIVAL?

Only staff, volunteers, and children being checked into Journey Kids will undergo temperature checks via a touchless thermometer. Anyone with a temperature over 100.4 will be asked to worship from home that day.

IS JOURNEY KIDS OPEN?

Yes! Journey Kids is open for all services. However, each classroom is currently operating at 50% capacity. Check out our JK walkthrough videos for the Apopka and Lake County campus.

IS JOURNEY STUDENTS OPEN?

Yes! Our Journey Students have resumed their in person gatherings with new service times! Apopka middle school gatherings are now held Sundays at 5pm, while high school meets Wednesdays at 7pm. Lake County middle and high school students meet during the 9:30am Sunday gatherings.

DOES MY CHILD HAVE TO WEAR A MASK?

Yes. All children over the age of 3 are required to wear a mask in order to enter Journey Kids and Journey Students environments at either campus. If your child is unable to wear any face covering, we ask that they worship alongside their parents in the main auditorium. We will have a special bag with activities for your child, and as always, they can tune in to our online kids experience.
