When we think about children and how we connect with them here at Journey, there are two words that shape everything we do: Embrace & Engage. We Embrace children at a young age so that they know and feel a sense of love, safety and community, and we Engage children as they grow and develop so that they know they are valued and important.
Every child in our preschool or elementary environments is engaged through a large group gathering where we use video and technology to creatively communicate the love of Jesus. They are also connected through a small group, with a screened and trained leader, so that the ideas and concepts presented in their large gathering can be broken down and further explored. Small Group Leaders are the champions of Journey Kids as they help parents and families widen the circle of positive influence in the life of their children.

Are You a First-Time Guest With Children?
If you are planning your first visit to Journey Christian Church, please sign up online for our children's check-in system through a secure check-in system at http://go.kidcheck.com and click on the "Create Your KidCheck Account" tab to set up your family's profile to provide all necessary information about your child (children), including allergies or special needs, and who is authorized to pick up your child.
The safety of your children is always one of our highest priorities, and this check-in system helps keep our environment as safe as possible. Providing this information securely online will help get your Sunday morning visit off to a good start.
