WEDNESDAY NIGHTS AT JOURNEY (FALL PROGRAMMING)

Mark your calendars!  Fall programming begins August 25 with something for the whole family.  Dinner will be served in the cafe starting at 6:00PM.  Programs for adults, students, and children begin at 7:00PM and end at 8:15PM.  Adults may choose at attend Bible class (Knowing God, No Really Knowing God! - Part III, Holy Spirit),  Marriage Ministry Class (Essentials of Marriage - Who Did You Really Marry?), or Involvement Ministry workshops.  REVERB is offered for middle and high school students.  Nursery, Wee Club, and Rockin‘ Robins are offered for children.  For details, stop by the Connection Center.

BUDDY BREAK

Buddy Break is a FREE program designed to give caregivers of children with special needs (and their siblings) a 3-hour break from their care giving responsibilities.  VIP’s (kids with special needs) are paired with a Buddy (Journey volunteer) for one-on-one attention while playing games, doing crafts, hearing and singing music, bouncing, enjoying pet therapy, watching live performances, and more.  Tell your friends, neighbors, and schools about this event.  Register as a VIP or Buddy at BuddyBreakJourney@yahoo.com, or contact Debbie Sams at 407.462.9173.
